CUPRA will process the personal data by you provided as well as any other personal data that CUPRA may have access as a consequence of the organization of the Events for the main purpose of managing your duly participation in it which entails the registration to the platform and the coordination of the participants during the celebration of the events.
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your express consent given by you at the time to register in the platform and joining to the events. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without prejudice of the processing that CUPRA has carry out before. In case of not giving your consent, you are not be able to participate in the event.
At the end of the events, CUPRA may send you a in order to evaluate your experience during the events. The legal basis that legitimate CUPRA the processing of your personal data with this purpose is the legitimate interest of CUPRA as the event’s organizer since our interests may be considered overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of you as the data subject.
In the context of the organization of the events and subject to the purposes you previously consented, CUPRA will process your name, surname, personal identification, job position, your company and contact details, as well as other data regarding your professional experience, or food intolerances, if are required for the specific event.
Passport/ID: CUPRA will process your data from your ID national card or Passport number identification in order to verify your identity and to manage your hotel reservations and other preferences from you. You are sole responsible for the accuracy of all personal data provided while registering for the event.
CUPRA will disclose your personal information to third parties with sole purpose to arrange your accommodation, transport and catering to make it easier for you to attend and enjoy the event. CUPRA will also disclosure your data when is laid down by law. Additionally, we would like to inform you that CUPRA has signed agreements with third parties who act as data processors and have access to data for the provision of services. These third parties may have access to your data, but they always be acting in name and on our behalf, following our instructions and, in no case, they will process your data for their own purposes.
CUPRA will keep your personal data as long as necessary to provide you with the abovementioned purposes, and, in any event, until you ask for their erasure. In any case, we will retain your data to comply with any legal requirements corresponding to each category of data. When CUPRA has no ongoing legitimate business needs to process your personal information, CUPRA will either delete or anonymize it or, if this is not possible, then CUPRA will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
